With demand for new homes in the capital standing at an additional 32,000 per year, there is a need of housing in central London. Interesting to find low income housing in the centre of one of the most expensive cities. The ell-shaped building completes the corner of a block of heterogeneous buildings, continuing the height of the adjacent buildings along the street to each side and defining a semi private garden area on the interior of the block.
